At The Ebike Shop, we want you to ride with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your e-bike or gear within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Equipment

Ensure the e-bike is clean and packed in its original manufacturer packaging with all chargers, keys, and manuals included.

Schedule a Pickup

For large e-bike shipments, we will coordinate a specialized freight pickup at your convenience; for smaller gear, use the provided prepaid shipping label.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the condition of the return at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
