Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about powering your next adventure.

Do I need a license to ride an electric bike?

In most regions, e-bikes that meet specific power and speed regulations are treated as standard bicycles and do not require a license or insurance. However, laws vary by state and country, so we recommend checking your local transportation guidelines.

How long does the battery last on a single charge?

Battery range typically spans between 25 to 60 miles depending on the model, terrain, rider weight, and level of pedal assist used. High-capacity batteries and efficient motor settings will maximize your distance.

What is your return policy for e-bikes?

We offer a 30-day return policy for bikes in new, unused condition with less than 10 miles on the odometer. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How do you ship such large items?

All bikes are shipped via specialized freight carriers to ensure safety. They arrive 85-95% assembled in a reinforced box. Detailed instructions and tools are included for the final assembly steps.

Are your e-bikes water-resistant?

Yes, our bikes are rated IP65 or higher, meaning they are resistant to rain and splashes. However, they should never be submerged in water or cleaned with a high-pressure power washer as this can damage the electrical components.

Do you offer financing options?

Yes, we partner with various providers like Affirm and Klarna to offer flexible monthly payment plans, allowing you to ride now and pay over time.
